Our team of passionate food professionals brings decades of combined experience and a shared love for great food and warm hospitality.
Born in Naples, Italy, Marco brings 25 years of culinary expertise and a family recipe book passed down three generations. He personally oversees every dough batch.
Sofia trained at the Culinary Institute of Florence and joined Marcos in 2012. Her tiramisu and cannoli have become legendary among Marco Island regulars.
James joined Marcos in 2015 after managing upscale dining in Miami. His operational expertise ensures every guest experience at Marcos is seamless from arrival to last bite.
Lucia is the heart of our front-of-house team. A Marco Island native, she ensures every guest feels like family the moment they walk through the door at Marcos.
